If you provide us with an incorrect shipping address or contact us with a change in shipping address, you will be subject to a charge which the shipping carrier imposes on us. Generally this is a $6.00 charge, but could be as much as $15. If YOU change the delivery address after your order is shipped, this will also result in a charge to your account. Again, this is a charge that UPS charges us.

But in order to avoid ordering your item mulitple times, please click just once. It appears to react faster after the first item is placed in the basket. After you finish selecting the products that you would like to purchase, click on “Basket”. This will show you a complete list of the items in your shopping cart. This includes product name, price, quantity ordered, and total cost before shipping and tax (if applicable). At that time you are given the option to modify your order, if necessary. Once you've decided your order is correct, clik on the "Go To Checkout" button.
This is where you will let us know which state we'll be shipping to & which shipping method you prefer. Once this information is entered, click on the "Secure Checkout" button.
Here you'll need to fill out a bit of shipping information, including your zip code, your State, Country, and your preferred payment method. When this form is completed, click on the "Review Secure Order" button.
And last, but not least, when you are sure that everything is correct, please click the "Send Order Securely" button.
Receipt of your order will be confirmed automatically by our commerce system via email (as long as you provide an email address & that email address is correct). A copy of your invoice will also be enclosed with the shipment for your records.
