Shipping

If you provide us with an incorrect shippin address or contact us with a change in shipping address, you will be subject to a charge which the shipping carrier imposes on us.  Generally this is a $5.00 charge, but could be as much as $15.  If YOU change the delivery address after your order is shipped, this will also result in a charge to your account.  Again, this is a charge that UPS charges us.

While most orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt, it may take up to 7-10 business days of receipt of your order for it to ship.  This does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.  The actual time in shipment may vary somewhat based on the shipping method you have requested. OUR preferred method for shipping is UPS Ground. This generally guarantees you delivery within 5 working days anywhere in the Continental U.S. and is automatically insured up to $100.

  

 We use USPS First Class Mail & USPS Priority Mail along with UPS Ground-Trac and 2nd Day Air services.  The USPS Services have a handling charge included to cover insurance and Delivery Confirmation.  The UPS services are insured and include tracking numbers. 

 

Please know that the only shipping option for large items such as dart boards, back boards and scoreboards is UPS Ground.  Please email us with any questions.

UPS Second Day Air is available for an additional charge.  If you are a first time customer requesting UPS 2nd Day Air shipping or requesting shipment to an address other than your Billing address, please contact Customer Service for more information. 

 

Transit times provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package destination, particularly during peak periods.  UPS guarantees their contiguous states delivery times (except during peak periods).  UPS does not guarantee their delivery times for Alaska customers.

 

The United States Postal Service states PRIORITY MAIL packages may be delivered within 2 to 3 business days, but the US MAIL IS NEVER GUARANTEED - EVER.  FIRST CLASS MAIL generally takes 7 to 10 days to be delivered, but again, US MAIL IS NEVER GUARANTEED - EVER.

UPS does not count the day the package is picked-up as a ship day.  
The day after the packag is picked-up would be counted as the 1st ship day.
